"Scruffles" also does "COSTUMED DELIVERIES" for birthdays, anniversaries etc. In this case, you select from one of his costumed characters. He will deliver a huge balloon bouquet and present it to the birthday (special) person, play Happy Birthday on his cassette player and then proceed to make a crazy balloon hat for the birthday person. He will also make a couple of other really cool balloon creations - according to the persons interests for them to keep.
