When "Scruffles" attends one of your events, his speciality is balloon twisting and sculpturing. Generally speaking, he can create really cool balloons for about 30 people per hour (figure 2 minutes per person to calculate the number of hours you would need to book him for).

Many companies have asked "Scruffles" to rove around and perform but 9 times out of 10 what happens is that as soon as he places his case down and makes the first balloon creation, there is an instant line-up of kids, adults (and yes even pets) who want one of his specialties, so he doesn't move far - a stage or private line-up area works best.
